Tommy Masters is one of Heartwood's "Rising Stars". In 2007, he got two ISA Certifications - Certified Arborist, and Certfified Tree Worker.
Tommy is always on time, and listens intently during the Friday morning safety meetings.
He's probably reading some sort of safety literature here. Or meditating, with his eyes open.
 Here goes Tommy with his mad roping skills. Notice the leather gloves and his wide, log lowering stance.  I feel like this vignette really does his roping justice. Notice how he keeps the rope clear from his feet, and maintains eye contact with the climber. What a guy.

In his spare time, Tommy snowboards better than anyone else at Heartwood. It was proven once and for all that weekend in West Virginia. Hands down, THE BEST SNOWBOARD RIDER/ DRIVER.

Be sure to check back often, as Tommy is a busy man, and gets a lot of things done, in a major way. Simon, my brother, says he has a couple of sweet shots of Tommy running some ropes on a job, proving that he is for sure a triple threat. Great Tree Climber, Great Groundsperson, and Certified Arborist, and Certified Tree Worker. Wait, that's four things. He is a quadruple threat.
Tommy won't be getting stuck with these Dunlap Radial Mud Rovers.
