First day at Heartwood: July 1, 1999. Saturday job. Hadn't even met Pat yet. Took a limb off of a house that was broken from a summer thunderstorm. Cristino was the climber, Stephan was on the ground. The wood was very heavy. The flatbed was the pride of the fleet and we used it as a chipper truck (by raising the bed to catch all the chips).
